On a scale of one to ten, how fcked am I? I’ve moved out but not before 3 days of exposure.

The spike protein itself doesn't replicate, but the mRNA instructions program our cells to continuously make more spike proteins.

mRNA = multiple use protein making instructions.

Otherwise, all correct IMO
