You are most correct fren. One needs to look no further than J Edgar to see that the agency has never been right. All the media propaganda and romantic glorification about the exploits of the G-men against Al Capone types was designed to clean up the already tarnished reputation of a corrupt agency. The whole time behind that carefully crafted façade, parts of the agency were in bed with organized crime - and they still are.

As long as there have been governments, there has been corruption and abuse of power. The honest underlings in the past were generally left alone until their investigations started to step on the toes of someone important. You are right that it has gotten much worse and the few good left within law enforcement are bailing. The same holds true for other law enforcement organizations across the country.

For several decades now, the systemic corruption has been created and bred from the basic levels of the academies to create an atmosphere of unethical and immoral behavior twisted by misguided social justice. The only way to advance is to be more corrupt than the other guy. The crap definitely rolls down hill. What most don't see, is that this also is by design. In order to save itself, the cabal has no choice but to allow lawlessness to run rampant so the UN can be brought in to restore order. They have been working towards this end for decades. Things are quickly moving towards a huge life altering tipping point.
