Rockefeller's Big Pharma started back in the 1960s. I remember being about 10 years old when they first started advertising about seeing you doctor to check for high blood pressure and to get medication or else you might die. Now we're going on 60 years (3 generations) of progressively increasing advertisements about how taking medications will solve all your health problems (never mind the whole paragraph of side effects and constant monitoring to make sure it isn't killing you). And I wonder how many of the current health problems can be related back to vaccinations. As a medical transcriptionist for 18 years, I know for a fact that the rate of kids having problems like asthma, allergies and behavior issues (like ADHD) skyrocketed when the little ones started getting a whole wad of vaccinations by the time they were 2 years old.
I have to say I only see a doctor when I’m in severe pain - the occasional ear infection. I have shied away from all medications or vaccines they’ve offered. Medical things just don’t seem to go normally for me- I’m always the exception. When I was pregnant with my daughter she was 2 weeks late & they tried to induce me & it didn’t work. I’m the only one anyone knows that having pitocin drip for 14 hours that did zilch. Then in 1996 they were offering flu vaccines free - I decided to get it and was never so severely ill- 104 fever for two weeks. They said I had the avian flu that the vaccine didn’t cover it. ?Never got another after that. Then about 10 years ago they said I needed an updated tetanus shot b/c it had been over ten years - whatever they did hit a nerve & I had a frozen shoulder & recovery for 3 months. Doctor said I must’ve torn my rotator cuff- which me & my husband knew was a crock & he was covering his ass. Needless to say I haven’t had a regular check up in over 5 years now. I’m over 50 now so my husband has been bugging me to go but If I do I won’t be taking any of their recommended shots or medications. Medical intervention has never really helped me and has injured me over the course of my years.
I’m similar to you. Almost never (you’ve inspired me to go to never) take aspirin/tylenol- very rarely, maybe 3x in last 5y? No flu shot in recent history- not for my kids either. Husband stopped for the most part, but has given in sometimes; he may never again based on this pandemic. We eat pretty healthy and I’m learning about alternative medicines.
The only vaccinations I had as a kid were for smallpox and polio. I've only ever seen doctors for birth control and twice for emergency situations (appendicitis and a fractured finger). Fortunately I had really good health insurance for the appendectomy (didn't cost me a cent), but I haven't had health insurance for 20 years (paid for the finger fracture myself). I know on one hand that I'm lucky to be so healthy in my late 60s, but on the other hand I think it has a lot to do with my lifestyle for the last 25, which is low stress, living close to nature, exercise taking care of my small ranch and horses, and eating healthy.

I'd say as far as the people I know personally who are awake, more than half have been relying (ignorantly imo) on western "medicine"
