My family had ABC news on, and I just heard them say that because of the heat wave “People should brace for potential blackouts.” Meant to warn the public of what’s coming with more innocuous reasoning?

I'd be willing to bet my murderer-Governor, Andrew Cuomo is wishing he could find a way he could justify rolling blackouts.

I'm so sick of being ruled by psychopaths.
