By stating a limited view of a fact. One specifically designed to imply guilt.

The mere fact that you mention the accusation without mentioning that the case was dismissed in the following sentence is prima facie evidence that you are pushing a narrative of guilt.

Just admit you should have presented the whole truth instead of a propagandized version of it. Then move on. To continue arguing the point is to only prove that you are at best a propagandist.
