Not really. If Patriots are truly in control then even under Xiden he'd be fine... As long as whomever he turned himself into is an asset of Q. Otherwise, any other bereau --under trump OR Xiden-- would've been death for the guy. And that's because all agencies are filled with corrupt peons on the cabal or china.
