They can't confront him because they have to maintain the narrative that he wasn't a Manchurian candidate. Unfortunately, for them, that also means they have to follow his lead even if that means doing something catastrophic to their plans.

They can't 25th him because he actually might fight back, and Kamala might just not want the job anyway because there aren't enough opportunities to nuzzle phallic objects. Nancy has only one toe out of the grave at this point and might as well be just as insane and senile as Biden at this point, so the 25th MAY have been an option, but they missed their window due to God's poetic justice.

Consider, maybe, that they boss him around and it works only half the time not only because he has dementia but because the other half of the time he has actually become deluded enough to ignore he is a puppet and actually thinks he is legit President and got there on his own abilities. Then he runs his mouth and the dementia makes him say the stupidest things he could possibly say, even if he was trying to act presidential.

Anyway, in summary; what if Biden is certifiably insane and they are having to fight him as well as Patriots at the same time and the MSM/Deep State are losing their collective minds?

I'm in favor of this theory because I personally find it hysterical.
