The 4th of July is coming up. Jump in the car and head to a nice red area for a long weekend of celebrating America. Find a campground or nice park, pack some good food, listen to some good music and kick back. Take someone or go alone - whatever can take you away from all the noise in your head. None of us can take this 24/7 without recharging your spirit.
