There is a blind trust that hires companies to repair, clean, and fix these god awful things when they are vandalized. It seems the trust has an unknown amount of endless cash to keep the guidestones whole. But for what its worth this seems like a freemasons type of thing. An entire hidden society is behind these stones. IMO.
