None of them are rules. They are not called rule stones, they are guidelines which are suggestions. It does not ask any ruler of humanity to do any such thing. First of all they suggest that every nation is sovereign which is not globalist and directly implies no rule r of humanity.When you cross reference to #2 you see how population is maintained by individuals being responsible.
