Indeed. God's plan was to come be free to make inevitable mistakes and be redeemed, Satan's was to come force everyone to do what is right while robbing our growth. No surprise that the Lord instituted bottom-up free governments under Moses and the founding fathers, while the people of Israel only demanded a king when they had become wicked and rejected the Lord.
