Well.... are the rules prohibiting sham audits, or audits of the sham election? Regardless, any audits done like AZ won't be sham, so this shouldn't apply.

Violation of that new standard can result in "the prohibition or limitation on the use of, as well as decertification of, a county's voting system or components."

Gee..... Isn't that kind of what we want - the decertification of problem voting machines?

Like another patriot said, it would be nice if the legislature has to step in to show her who is responsible for "laws" in CO.
