FBI's been playing patty cake with Hunter's Laptop since it's become common knowledge, even avoided collecting Rudy's copy of the hard drive when they raided him. Not realizing they were getting "long-Dong'ed" by Dong himself since he defected and gave the DIA his copy of Hunter's laptop. The Military is the only way, it would seem again.
