these abysmal realities are traceable to the social engineering programs of the 1960s -- impacting all races, but blacks have been least resilient to the pressure.
80% of violent crime is attributable to 20% of criminals -- most repeat offenders. the revolving door of recidivism is engineered by progressive law machines and activist judiciaries.
moreover, "mental illness" is a slush bin of diagnoses that allow the abject degenerates -- pedophiles, sociopaths, psychopaths, criminally insane -- to be (received typo) relieved of the burden of accountability.
You make many good points here that I don't disagree with.
Something to think about though...most of these stats are global in nature, and not just native to the USA.
There is not a place on earth where the black crime rate or black illegitimacy is low. As much as I agree that government freebies have damaged blacks and the black family structure, at some point we have to confront the reality that observable race-based behavioral differences do exist.
I agree, but it's more a question of anthropology than race. the trans-Atlantic slave trade essentially teleported groups of people who were at mostly subsistence level of development suddenly into a civilization 2000 years ahead in development.
that's not a transition many would manage successfully. how to close the gap means to figure out how to support actual progress versus a veneer of 'achievement'.
I will add more context.
