The book is a Christian book about a society of elites, who are not human, and humans who are the lower class. The elites eat a delicacy that turns out to be babies. I believe there is also a part where two prophets are killed on national live tv and the tv shows their dead bodies for three days. Then they come back to life on the third day, also on live tv. Some of the elites get saved, I believe, or help the humans. The thing I remember most was the delicacy of babies. It was served in ritzy restaurants. I'll be sooo grateful if someone can help me find this book. I've been looking for a couple of years.
