Katie Hopkins is a very intelligent person.

Here's another very intelligent person: Russel Brand. He is a leftist commedian, but he is sensing something very wrong. You can almost feel those gears turning as he is realizing that we are being ruled by clowns. Does he yet realize that they are clowns as in Clowns In America?
