Vanguard is a huge swath of the mostly passive retirement crowd (401k, IRA, etc.). They are investor owned. Anyone can open an account.
The reason you see them in every stock is because so many passive index investors use them.
People need to read up in Vanguard and stop associating it with shadowy things. To do so is ignorance.
This was my ah ha moment. HF use the people's investment and retirement to buy up all the major businesses in the country. Bankrupt the companies that don't sell and buy up what they can. This whole global financial problem is the banks. 99% of the worlds problems are the money changers. They figured out how to turn people's own wealth against the people. This is an absolute nightmare.
90% of the statements in there are factually incorrect are grossly misleading. For example, Vanguard and Blackrock are large investors in Pfizer on behalf of the people who own shares in their funds, but combined their funds own just 15% of the company. They also say "TimeWarner" when I think they mean WarnerMedia (now Warner Brios. Discovery). TimeWarner's just a crappy cable company they doesn't control any media. WarnerMedia owns CNN and HBO and ash no relation to TW.
This is the cost of a society that outsources difficult things, like retirement accounts. Every time we outsource tasks to a central committee, we create nodes of power.
Blackrock/Vanguard manages Hedge funds and Pension funds, in reality Blackrock doesn't own anything, it's clients do. However since they control the management of all those trillions, they wield the power of a Trillionaire.
