All of the MSM articles talk about the legality of it - but, when it happened in late Feb, there were stories swirling about how Harris and Psaki had no idea it even occurred...

You and I both know Biden isn't authorizing shit when it comes to the military outside of wokeness training.

So, a bit more anecdotal than the other 2 examples. But mainly due to the MSM whitewashing of the uncertainty.
