There are currently no flags flying at the Pentagon

Essentially, Richard drove by and saw that all flags are down, none visible whatsoever. Just empty flagpoles all around. Has this ever happened before?

Does anyone know when that happened? It's what the website says now, but just wondering if that notification has been on there for months.
