2 in February, 3 in March, 1 in April, 1 in May, and one this morning. I think the system is working?

I did a quick search just now. It was created after a little girl was abducted and murdered in the 90's. I've been paying special attention lately to the EBS cuz I'm anxious for things to get rolling.
