Yes yes yes, but if anyone really believes the other bicycle racers were honest and pure and clean as a whistle instead of also cheating, I have a bridge over Florida swampland to sell them.

He beat the best of the best cheaters at their own game.

A little tip for the naive...being a successful top-level bicycle racer is three things:

Cheating
Avoiding detection of cheating
Racing bicycles
