The "rocket launch gone wrong" cover story was trotted out in 2009. It stinks as much today as it did back then.

OBVIOUSLY, this is a mass-population advert for 'Escargot-Attracted-Adults' or 'Escargotophelia-Awareness' or 'Snail-Loving Male/Female/Transpersons'. Over the past few days, people across New Caledonia, Tokelau, Samoa and Fiji have reported seeing one or more large luminous spirals that form over a period of several seconds and then gradually fade away.

Many anons will notice the similarity to the famous 'Norway Spiral' of 2009 which coincided with Obummer's visit to the Nobel Prize ceremony. Some people interpreted that event as some advanced technological power threatening Obama with advanced weaponry. Does it have to be a weapon? why go to fear? what if this is the energies from our allies?
I really have no idea what it is for sure. The earliest publicly-reported incidence of this tech was the 2009, so far as I am aware. At the time, I was very interested in what happened in Norway and read all that I could on it.
The military guys who are read into this tech are not discussing it openly, so that leaves the public only able to make informed speculation. Is it a portal to another dimension? Does it represent something coming or going from Earth? It's hard not to be influenced by science fiction movies when guessing at what it might be.
Even if it is a weapon, I suspect it is a White Hat one, so it doesn't necessarily need to engender fear. Maybe something that was previously developed in Air Force Space Command but now under the purview of Space Force. As time goes on, I'd really love to know what in the world it is.
I'm fascinated by this and remember Norway. It wouldn't have anything to do with project blue beam would it.? What better way to test holograms than making it seem like a weapon or some such?
