According to the Constitution, it should take 2/3 of both the House & Senate and 3/4 of the state legislatures to make this happen. Let's see what actions the D-Party & DS try to circumvent this requirement.

It is sickening though, they are so obvious. They are hoping for some liberal, hopefully coloured, voices to break the filibuster.
