Q likes to work in subtleties with multiple meanings. For sure his service and/or nautical background (rig for red, white sqall etc) will lead one to think thats the reference or motivation in the comment, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn he has worked in historical references as well. Not all comments are for anons either.
