Three Gorges Dam and Crypto Mining question...

If we all suspect that the Three Gorges Dam will be destroyed in order to take out the CIA crypto mining taking place under it,....why would the CIA just move the cyptro farm before the dam is destroyed?

Yes I had posted that. One theory I have it is to move Chinese servers that were used to flip votes in election.

If white hats it is to safeguard evidence
