People are waking up when presented truth. Just have to be calm, cool mannered, and generally a good person - people don’t like to listen to assholes.

This is so key. You have to show a level of respect. No one likes crap shoved down their throat and no one likes to feel stupid.

Remember, a lot of their playbook is old. In the antebellum South, plantation owners encouraged fighting amongst the poorer farms - it kept them in power.
