Throw the civil rights act out , racism is a made up term by the communist Trotsky to control the narrative. If anybody spoke out against the bolshevik movement that for some reason happened to be majority Jew he yelled racism to shut them up. Segregation was a state enforced policy all that needed to be done away was the policy and let things settle as they may. Now we see because of the Govt policy of the civil rights act a similar policy we have "racism" being enforced.
