I actually agree with you on this one, they have added and added a ton of nonsense violations over the years, stick to "dangerous driving ones" that may actually get someone killed and drop the "inconvenient for you" little ones. imo. That goes for most laws about any part of life though, too many just added and added on over the years and most petty things because, one person caused a problem one time so we all get slapped for it. heh. just my opinion though. :)

Sitting on the highway waiting for the crime to happen instead of patrolling in an effort to prevent the crime from occuring.
