I had a weird encounter a few years ago in Washington state.

a cop pulled me over for a traffic violation. I was ready to receive my ticket and move on.

when the cop saw me (im black) his body language changed to instant frustration and as he walked away he said don't drive like (whatever i did) that anymore and that was it.

i wonder if i can go peel out in Oregon now ?
