I'm confused if the bill is essentially granting that power in writing how is it the opposite? Not being snarky, looking for clarification.
Page 40 - there is a section that blocks businesses and organizations from being able to force employees or customers from proving they have been vaccinated. Which in turn removes their ability to force or coerce them to get vaccinated.
The only person in Florida who can mandate someone must be vaccinated is the State Health Officer. And it must proven the person is a health risk and that isolation/quarantine are not effective remedies. This limits the power to force vaccinations. Probably much more than the law it replaced, but that is just a guess.
