I thought it was a twitter post when I made the image. Referring to the little blue bird icon. So it made sense to me at the time because I was ill-informed.

You kind of stumbled onto something brilliant there. When McAfee’s supposed account originally tweeted the Q pic, the account had no check mark. Later on, the same tweet showed a check mark for the account. For your meme to include “Verified by birb” brings attention to the strangely added verification to the supposed McAfee account.
It wasn't tweeted. It was posted on Instagram. Stop spreading misinformation.
