As Q has said, just because we don't SEE things happening has never meant that "nothing is happening".

Quite frankly, if someone looks at empty, shut down DC and cannot perceive that there is SOMETHING HUGE happening, I feel a bit sorry for them. The capitol of the most powerful nation in the world is CLOSED.
