911 was a huge operation, all super well-planned long in advance. The Airforce was involved, the FBI, and all the news networks including Fox News. Security at the 911 site was super air-tight.

I don't get a sense that this was anything like that.

If this building was taken down with demolition charges, expect high security to keep unofficial people away from the debris, and special care as to how the rubble is disposed of.
