okay, i'm not a paranoied multi-millionaire with my program on 50%+ of the worlds computers, but if it were me...i would have a few humans with the data in hand and or lockboxes. They might not know what they've got, but they'd know it was important, and they'd have instructions of what to do next. I would also have people lined up who were interested in publishing it. regardless of how explosive the info is, you need a viable network to get it out. The blockchain idea is interesting (and would negate the need for any of this), but i think i would still have human backups with an old school strategy to make sure this was viewed as widely as possible.
