Now supposing the Belizean government was taking marching orders from DS assets in the US, he might have some pretty nifty stuff there.

USG strong-arming a foreign govt to frame a US citizen for murder and drug manufacturing, then setting him up to be murdered... all over a tax evasion charge? That'd be one hell of a redpill.
