In JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, starting in season 3 of the anime, people with significant willpower who are exposed to ancient arrows forged from a meteorite gain psychic powers.
Stands are psychic manifestations of their inner psyche. They are usually humanoid "super hero" type body guards that the stand user can control. Some can even be as stupid as a radio tower. The silliness is part of the charm of the series. Only stand users can see each other's stands.
In the 3rd Season, the writer named all the stands people had after tarot cards. They include Star Platinum, which is the main protagonist Jotaro's stand, The World, which belongs to the main villain DIO, Hierophant Green, Silver Chariot, Hanged Man, Hermit Purple, among many others.
Later, after running out of tarot cards, the writer changed them to be names of American Rock bands from the 70s and 80s including naming their special abilities after songs. The American dub had to rename those particular stands. For example, there is a stand called Killer Queen whose ability is "Bites the Dust."
Aside from McAfee having a shockingly appropriate affection for the character Joseph Joestar (they are like the same persona, for real), there isn't much else to talk about in relation to Q.
I see, thank you very much for the explanation- the reason I asked is because I'd watched the video earlier when Joseph Joestar comes back to life. People mentioned Susie Q as his wife, I looked into the date which came up for his date of birth, 27th Sept 1920.
The other event which happened then:
The day before they were indicted on charges of deliberately losing the 1919 World Series, left fielder "Shoeless Joe Jackson", shortstop Charles Risberg, and third baseman Buck Weaver of the Chicago White Sox appeared in their final game, a 2 to 0 win over the Detroit Tigers[104] At the time, the White Sox were in second place in the American League behind the Cleveland Indians with three games left to play.

Notice the JJ again in Joe Jackson, also this features the Chicago White Sox / Black Sox controversy.
When I saw your reference to 'stands', I drew sport conclusions...
This is likely irrelevant, but perhaps a nod, IDK.
It's important to McAfee, for whatever that's worth.
You don't know there's a dead end until you go down the path a bit. This might mean a lot going on a month from now.
I'll file it in the back of the noggin for now, sorry to take you down the dead end with me fren!
It's only a dead end when you can't move forward anymore.
But that's not to say some wild event won't come along and clear the path.
If a door isn't supposed to be opened, then why didn't they build a wall instead?
