For Paraguay, I'm at a loss... They "elected" their president who has ties to dictators, but they stopped using electronic voting in 2008. They had borrowed machines from Brazil and decided against using them further, instead choosing to use paper ballots, and we know now that Bolsonaro (Brazil) had reservations about voting machines as recently as this past election...

I don't know... these countries seem to be contradictory with respect to election rigging, but I'm sure I'm missing something. The Paraguay / Brazil connection seems to be anti-socialist while the Argentinian isn't??
