Video watching is a time investment. Many times you are promised that a video is great. Then you sit through 2 minutes of flashy graphic intro, with no information. Then perhaps an advertisement and some begging for subscriptions. Still no information.
All of will only be on this planet for so long. So many heartbeats before we die.
Now lets say after four minutes of non-information, the present finally gets to the content and it sucks. He maybe doesn't actually know anything, he's just speculating. Or he's telling you stuff you already know, because he got his information from the same sources that read from last week.
This is why video presenters that don't have an established record of being amazing have to get to the fucking point in the first minute of video. We need to evaluate if we are going to spend any more of our finite heartbeats watching further.
ok I've just spend 2:14 of my life to watch this and he has not gotten to any point yet.
Is there a TLDR you can give us and maybe a time to skip to, OP?
Always watch videos at 2x. It helps, especially if unsure of the content. :)
Exactly. You nailed it.
