Not really, while a minority probably, there are orders for Women only and there are other mixed orders that do accept them as well
But none would wear the square and compass, only Masons who have passed all the Blue Lodge degrees.
They’re called continental halls and some have their own rules and operate independently allegedly.
France has CO ED lodges I believe
