Torrent doesn't seem to exist... and McAfee was long gone from his company by the time Hillary was using that spam filtering.... granted someone who seriously wanted to hide ways to get into systems and retain access could probably do it and they'd never be able to keep a smart/determined person out without starting from scratch in a clean room.... but although he seems like he must have been a smart dude with legit software/hardware/math abilities... not sure if the speculation will end up leading to anything.

But a deeper look at the other/other section of PB shows that everything before 3/9/21 has been deleted...paging thru the section page by page shows that anything after page 35 in missing. It's odd as other categories still have plenty posted before 3/9/21 some Torrents found some torrents as old as 2014...but everything in the other/other section older then 3/9/21 is missing.
