If they tried to shut the audit down that means they tried and failed. They had the resources to steal the election in AZ (for now) but they didn't have the resources to stop the audit? That doesn't seem right.

How about this: Patriots gave them just enough rope to hang themselves. They were "allowed" to steal the election but they weren't allowed to stop the audit. Patriots in control.
