Obviously he mentioned that he had been to Washington 17 times. But what stood out to me is that he heavily emphasized the word Tanks. "Tanks are very important". Any autists have an idea?

If the fighting that has been in the shadows were about to become more traditional kinetic warfare, tanks would be very important.
