Is flashing a bandaid at important public events some sort of symbolism or communication?

Fake Dr. Jill had a bandaid on her leg when she went to see the Queen, I noticed it immediately and thought to myself WTF?! Who goes to see the Queen like that???

Autists over on Qresearch have been keeping track of this phenom. I do recall a photo posted with a red arrow around the bandaid on Dr. Jill.

No one has broken the code... lots of speculation but there's concurrence its something to note and track for now.
