I don't trust wifi and mobile phones not to damage health and I try to limit my exposure.
This guy talks just about the heating effects (I only listened to 2/3 of the video, but that's the way it was going)
I've read other articles which indicate that the pulsed nature of the telecommunications microwaves make them interact with systems in the body much more strongly than unmodulated microwaves. I can't find the link right now.
If what he claims is true I do fee a little at ease about it but not all warm and fuzzy about my phone still. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s actually still damaging cells
That sounds interesting if you end up stumbling upon it again I would like to look into that as well. With everything seeming like it comes with a cost to our health I really want to protect myself and my family the best I can. I could rapidly see this not being the whole story about these frequencies. I know very little about all this so I dont have much confidence in my decisions about it right now.
I replied to myself. See the comment below and the link in it. It's similar enough to what I saw previously.
As far as being sensible: Don't sleep next to your phone or router, switch off any smart equipment you aren't using and prefer to connect your PC with an ethernet cable if it's possible.
Wifi has measurable effects on voltage gated calcium channels in cell membranes all through the body. This will raise (I think) calcium ion concentration in cells.
Also for anyone who isn’t aware, you can buy EMF (electro magnetic frequency) blocking tape. Mine I bought appears to be thin copper foil tape. I applied it all along the back phone completely covering it and went from 4 bars to 1 bar. I cut a mug sized circle out of it and it blocks about half now and I can still use it. Something to look into if you don’t have a emf case or other protective measures.
I watched the whole thing and it seemed very informative. I’m still going to leave me emf tape on my phone but I feel better about my phone now that I am a little more knowledgeable on how they operate and how the spectrum of frequencies affects the body and cells

The radiation also alters the molecular structure of substances/cells. The heat issue may be minor compared to the structural molecular damage.
The FCC ignores that stuff. I believe their only safety criteria are thermal effects

Many thanks for the hi-effort informative post. So much better than just a link to a vid with no into.
