I read this out loud to my kids and their unanimous reaction to the question was yes it's ineffective, before I read the punchline. Then when I told them they were wrong they both about lost their minds saying they must think we are retarded. My daughter is 10 and my son is 7.? Are you smarter than a fifth grader?
