I do have a question regarding who Mark Judson is. Before learning about his comment on the Trump's Ohio Rally ("this is what human garbage looks like"), I have never heard of him.

What is the significance here in acknowledging him? I mean, other politicians have said similar stuff but apparently he has some significance that we need to pay attention to? Can anyone please let me know why I need to know and remember him?
