It's like one of the most delicious ways to enjoy roast pork that there ever was. It's buried with hot coals and cooked like that. Also it can be roasted on a spit with burning coals while it's turned very slowly over those hot coals to roast. I'm part Serbian so I was exposed to this when I was about 5 years old the first time, have loved it all my life. If someone invited me to a pig roast, I'd be the first in line. It's not something I can get in any restaurant in my area so when it comes up, it's a real treat to me.
