Even if you think Trump was tricked by Jeff Sessions, how could he possibly have been tricked a second time?
It also just does not make sense that Trump surrounded himself with traitors. Pence, Kushner, Milley, his 3 Supreme Court picks, Barr, Fauci, etc etc. He could have fired anyone in his cabinet at any time. He could have picked different Justices. He could have let go of Milley given he was Commander-in-Chief.
The guy famous for saying “You’re Fired!” couldn’t have fired anyone?
On the surface level, it appears that Trump is horrible at hiring and managing people.
Let’s hope it’s all theater.
Maybe you are approaching this from a perspective that keeps you in flux in two extremes.
Try approaching it from a direction that there are multiple factions, each with their own agenda.
A big gov USA patriot is a different animal from a small gov constitutional patriot. Case in point: Sean Hannity.
To some degree they will jump on a bandwagon that will agree with their viewpoint and rage against entrenched interest that do not agree with their view. When push comes to shove, they will simply leave a position and drop the ball.
Remember what Trump said about loyalty. Only over time will you be able to see clearly who is who and what they really stand for.
Another item is whether or not firing somebody is productive to your own plan. That may not be the case. So you take a risk while guiding the process. On top, it may be that in the current circumstances, Potus may not be able to fire someone. It depends on contract, leeway and can and cannot do. Especially, if you take in the fact that after nov 99 no constitutional convention has taken place after the last 70 year international bankruptcy. Meaning: You are looking at a fictitious entity without real power, playing in minecraft. A show.
