The Ninth Amendment constrains the Federal government from assigning itself such powers:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Nor does the highest court in the land have the authority to redefine laws of nature. This ruling upholds a “legal” definition of a “woman” fabricated by the legislature. Such definition denies and disparages the retained rights of natural women.
