Maybe they make good pizza? It's surprisingly close to the White House. Maybe even Trump ordered some Comet Pizza for his staff.

Disney is connected to pedos but they still make some quality "pizza". Mandalorian was excellent. They frequently knock it out of the park with Marvel stuff. But you get guys like James Gunn.

Adult Swim makes good content all the time and it doesn't take long to see what kind of deviant people they are comfortable hiring as staff.
